Start your journey

to becoming a

better you!

There are times throughout your life that you might be finding it challenging to make sense of who you are, feeling a little less like yourself, a little disconnected, or feel like your sense of self is completely lost. This can happen for various reasons, whether it's transitioning into motherhood, starting a new job, relationships beginning or ending - No matter the reason behind these feelings, sometimes all you need is an understanding ear. Using a talking therapy approach allows you to express your emotions, voice concerns, and explore the future while learning more about who you are as an individual to find yourself again and become whom you want to be.

A journey of self-healing, your best life awaits.

Treatment modalities

In my practice, I adopt a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Accredited as a Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) practitioner. This therapeutic approach emphasizes collaboration between the therapist-client in generating new understandings (or reformulations) of current difficulties. Change is then worked toward through identifying and shifting problematic relational patterns that have often developed in earlier life.

I am also able to offer services such as perinatal non-directive counselling, which is funded by Medicare.
